The tenant of the building was centralizing all three phases of its production of plastic paper, manufacturing of the film, batching of the coating and the coating process. Regional Construction's design team was able to be flexible enough to allow for changes in this fast track environment as all the production machinery for all three processes was being developed as the building was going up.
